We understand how emotionally and physically draining it can be to provide this care full-time. Our locally-based staff members are here to give you the breaks necessary for you to replenish your reserves and take care of other essential responsibilities, as well. All team members who work in the Alzheimer’s Dementia Respite Program are specifically trained in dealing with Alzheimer’s and Dementia individuals. Our Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia In-Home Respite Program provides personalized respite care services for your loved one. We focus on safety, companionship, and activities designed to match your family member’s specific needs.

Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Program Eligibility

To participate in the Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Program an individual must be 60 years of age or better. Individuals must also be medically eligible with a written diagnosis from their physician. This state program requires that program participants pay a fee for services that are determined using the current state cost share fee schedule.
